My practice focuses on children, adolescents, women and families. Some deal with anxiety or social difficulties; some deal with trauma and depression. Some are grieving. Some are navigating life changes; others are navigating difficult environments, such as home or school. Some are finding out who they are and embracing their passions, while navigating their environments where they may not be fully accepted yet. This may be due to learning or neurological differences, circumstances of adoption, divorce and or/blended families, or gender or sexual identities. Sometimes work is done individually, sometimes in family groupings.
