I bring warmth, creativity, and a sense of humor to my work with both young children and adults, helping them move toward the meaningful changes they seek in their lives. I value being down-to-earth and authentic, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can feel truly seen and heard. I connect well with neurodivergent children and adults, and I treat anxiety, mood disorders, autism, ADHD, childhood trauma, family issues, school avoidance, and special needs in children, as well as adults dealing with anxiety, ADHD, pediatric OCD, autism, chronic health issues, and perimenopause/menopause.
