I work with adults who are carrying the weight of past trauma. This may be a single overwhelming event such as medical trauma, birth trauma, or sexual trauma, or a series of experiences that left you feeling unsafe, unseen, or out of control. You may have symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, or panic that show up in your body even when life seems calm on the outside. I use EMDR and NARM to help you process what happened so you can feel more grounded, steady, and in control of your life and relationships. I also offer 3 lengths of sessions (50, 80, and 140 minutes) so you can work at a pace that you prefer.
