I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults of varying ages. I primarily work with individuals with trauma, depression, and anxiety by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help them feel better and develop skills to manage their symptoms and make progress. I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for teens and young adults who may have experienced trauma or are currently struggling with depression and anxiety.
