Life can be stressful and overwhelming. I enjoy working with people to develop more coping skills and helping them process what is going on in their lives. I work a lot with teenagers and their families as they navigate through this important phase in life. I also work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and life changes. I want to help others be able to enjoy their lives more and not feel stressed and overwhelmed by what they face. I believe therapy needs to be practical and useful in their daily lives.
