I have always loved listening to people’s stories and walking alongside them in their journey toward healing and growth. I specialize in helping my clients navigate family issues, grief and loss, maternal mental health, relationship challenges, and women’s issues. I also support those facing anxiety and depression, among other challenges many of us deal with as humans. I work with many preteens, teens, and adults (and many parents!). As a wife and working mother of four, I understand how challenging it can be to create balance, connection, and fulfillment while caring for others—and I’m here to help you care for yourself, too.
