Hello, I'm Kari, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Colorado, and I'm passionate about helping people make meaningful changes in their lives. With a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and extensive experience in anxiety disorders as well as caregiver support and bereavement counseling for hospice patients, I bring a wealth of knowledge and empathy to our sessions. My approach to therapy is solution-focused, client-centered, and strengths-based, drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
