I offer a safe space for clients to understand, manage, and utilize the power of their emotions, allowing for more fulfilling relationships with themself and others. I am a psychologist with several years of experience treating clients from diverse backgrounds. I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults. I have specialties in trauma, eating concerns, gender and sexuality, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and relational difficulties (individuals and couples). I operate from an integrative lens that allows treatment to be tailored to fit each client's unique needs and background. I also use creative expression (e.g., therapeutic art activities) to support clients in telling their story through whatever medium feels right. It is also highly important to me to continually grow as an identity affirming and anti-racist clinician.
