I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW) who enjoys helping people grow, cope, and find meaning in their lives. I have a great passion for working with people of all ages, although I am largely seeing teen and young adult clients at this time. I use a strengths-based approach to therapy, and often use models that include cognitive-behavioral and family-centered elements, as well as the ACT theory. Because people and situations are all unique, I also believe in the importance of collaborating with individuals and families to find a therapeutic approach that best fits with specific needs.
