Hi! I'm Kari, and I hope to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship with you. I focus on relationship building and learning about your needs as a client rather than strict modalities. Building coping strategies, interrupting disruptive patterns, and helping to strengthen a sense of meaning are among the things we can work on together. I've worked in this community for over a decade, specializing in women, queer, and neurodivergent folks navigating trauma and life transitions. My passion is creating a space for each client to feel seen and tackle obstacles, creating freedom to imagine the future. Other providers experiencing burnout during these challenging years are also a focus.
