Individuals seeking therapy may desire assistance in coping with changes to their everyday life, a desire for change in routine, or may have found themselves or their loved ones facing a recent medical diagnosis. These challenges may impact self-esteem, relationships, independence, work and/or educational goals. You may also have found yourself needing to step into a caregiver role. Therapy may be sought out to process changes and prioritize goals. Therapy is open to all people, no matter what you have going on in life. Having time set aside for yourself to get things off your chest may be exactly what you need! With experience in medical social work, mental health, and case management, I bring a comprehensive view that allows me to empathize with how each setting may look and feel as you navigate through changes or new chapters. My strengths are in building strong connections with others, not being afraid of difficult conversations and having an honest exchange.
