Welcome! I offer therapy both over telehealth video and in person at my office in Buena Vista. I work with adults and teenagers (12 and up) who need extra support and tools to address anxiety, depression, stress, traumatic experiences, and/or Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) traits. I like to provide my clients with skills they can use out in the real world. I am also passionate about working with people from LGBTQIA+ and gender-nonconforming/expansive communities.
