I serve First Responders and Military personnel (active, retired) struggling with stress, personal relationships, family challenges, and professional growth concerns. My clients sometimes have past events that also need to be addressed so that they can successfully focus on their present needs without being distracted by stressful memories and ineffective coping methods. My clients' goals in therapy are to minimize their stressors in the most efficient, yet comfortable manner possible with the utmost confidentiality.
