My primary goal is to create a safe, accepting, collaborative, and warm environment to help people effectively navigate life's big obstacles with a little more ease and understanding. I am both compassionate and direct; I will lovingly support you and hold you accountable during the change process. I work with life challenges including grief and loss, poor self-esteem and mental health coaching, relationship and family issues, and career distress. We'll do this through building skills like boundary setting and cognitive reframing and by processing underlying trauma that exacerbates mental health symptoms.
