There is a reason you clicked on my profile and believe me, I am here to help. I strive for a warm, intentional therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, supported and truly understood. With my years in the field, much of the clients I have worked with and still do just say I am easy to talk to, that in itself can be healing. I have a particular interest in working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety and trauma from my training as a clinician working in hospitalization settings. My approach is grounded, collaborative and tailored to each client's unique experiences & goals, following evidence-based practices.
