If you are an adult 18+ wanting to explore issues of an LGBTQ+ identity, trauma, addiction and recovery, chronic pain, anxiety, depression and/or parenting challenges, I can help you sort through them. I bring warmth, compassion, and a touch of humor to the therapeutic process. I will let you know what I see and we can decide together what works to reach your goals. I’m a member of the LGBTQ+ community and am neurodivergent-affirming, and I believe therapy should be a space where all parts of you are welcome. I also have deep experience working with the child welfare system and families impacted by it.
