I have been recovered from Anorexia Nervosa for over 20 years and have been specializing in the prevention and treatment of eating disorders since 2005. As a specially trained eating disorder therapist, I help clients navigate through the more complex issues that are being covered up by the adaptive functioning of the eating disorder behaviors. I am committed to supporting clients and their family members through their battle and believes that full recovery is attainable with insight, awareness, strength, support, and courage. I have played an integral role in running facilities ranging from intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization to residential treatment programs and have a deep understanding of the ongoing challenges of working with treatment facilities and insurance companies.
