As a Licensed Therapist my objective is to provide therapeutic services and psychoeducation to individuals and families in need. I am determined to focus and explore individual’s strengths, struggles and strategies for change, to help them improve their overall well-being. I am certain that I will be able to provide positive assistance by being empathetic, culturally sensitive and by providing the adequate attention to help you meet your personal goals and needs. I am fluently bilingual and have extensive training in family system and Triple P parenting strategies. I am EMDR trained and utilize a cognitive behavioral treatment approach.
