Sometimes it's hard to find our way through life. Therapy offers an opportunity to explore new pathways and new ways of behaving so that you can feel better able to make decisions with intention and live the life you want to live. My focus is on peripartum mental health, infant loss, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide my clients toward personal growth and lasting change. I welcome all people, genders, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
