Welcome! I'm Karina - a bilingual (English & Spanish) trauma informed therapist & coach. For over 16 years I have helped women overcome unhealthy patterns, anxiety, low self-esteem, parentification, generational trauma & toxic relationships. My goal is to help you achieve inner peace, set boundaries without guilt + heal the impact of growing up with dysfunctional family dynamics. I am here to help you overcome challenges in a caring, confidential, and empowering space. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, as well as my coaching skills to help you move from self-doubting to self-empowered. I look forward to connecting with you!
