Let’s work together to help you through life’s challenges, transitions, and obstacles. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide hope and empowerment to the people I work with. When working with clients, I use a variety of behavioral models. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients learn coping skills as well as bring in past experiences so that clients can develop insight and awareness of themselves. I have over 20 years of experience providing emotional support, coping strategies, & resources to a variety of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I have supported other counselors & master level students in their work with others. I believe in developing genuine relationships with people to help them on their path of self-discovery & healing.
