If you’ve been carrying the weight of anxiety, overwhelm, or old patterns that no longer serve you, you’re in the right place. Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted from being the “strong one,” the caretaker, or the person who keeps everything together. On the outside, they appear capable and composed. On the inside, they’re tired—tired of overthinking, tired of people‑pleasing, tired of feeling disconnected from themselves.
