My approach is welcoming to all, understanding that the therapy space we build together will be a combination of the expertise you have in your own life and the experience I bring from empirically informed methods. My clients span from adults working on parent-child relationships to professionals in the workplace dealing with stressors in their couple, their self-esteem, or their experience being a POC in the workplace. I believe all of my clients have the tools within themselves to alleviate their pain, and I work to lift constraints that prevent them from using these tools, being led by the clients' goals for therapy.
