One of my favorite quotes that embodies what being a therapist is to me is - It’s a privilege to be able to bear witness to someone’s story when they may not have had the chance to tell it before. As a trauma-informed therapist, I offer a grounded and compassionate space where your healing is honored, your story is held, and your voice is heard. I work with adolescents (14+) and adults who are navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding.
