My ideal client is someone thoughtful, ready to collaborate, and often carrying more than others realize. They may be navigating the long-term impacts of complex or developmental trauma, identity-related stress, or systemic oppression, and noticing how experiences show up in their nervous system, relationships, sense of self, or daily functioning. Many feel “stuck” in patterns of hypervigilance, emotional overwhelm, shutdown, people-pleasing, or self-criticism, even when they intellectually understand where these patterns come from. Their needs often center on safety, regulation, and understanding, as well as symptom reduction.
