I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I also have a certificate in sex therapy and am trained in evidence-based trauma treatments, Brainspotting and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I enjoy working with individuals and couples, helping them to find health and greater meaning in their lives and relationships. I enjoy helping people to feel empowered, capable, and confident in themselves and their ability to navigate stressors in their lives and relationships. Common issues I work with include: life transitions, anxiety, depression, codependency, premarital counseling, marriage counseling, couples sex therapy, women's issues, and trauma counseling using Brainspotting and EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
