I've worked with clients addressing stressful life transitions, relationship challenges, domestic or intimate partner abuse, and grief. Clients have approached therapy with different levels of experience, including newcomers, returning after a break, or those mandated by court. Throughout these interactions, compassion, kindness, and self-acceptance have been consistent elements. I collaborate with clients right from the start, providing 15 to 30 minutes of consultation to listen to your concerns, address any questions, and offer referrals if I'm not the best match for your needs.
