I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Starting my career in advocacy and case management for assault and trafficking survivors, I have continued to strengthen my clinical skills working with adults both locally and abroad. I specialize in trauma, mood disorders, and addictions. I have provided support for individuals with chronic illness in the acute inpatient setting, as well as ongoing support in intensive outpatient programs and clinics. I utilize interventions from cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy to meet the needs of my clients.
