I believe that therapy should be a safe place to exhale, a space where you can be yourself without any fear of judgement. My goal is to create a warm, transparent, and supportive environment where you feel heard, seen, and understood. I am passionate in working with individuals navigating self-esteem, anxiety, stress, relational difficulties, and developing a sense of self and purpose. There can be many feelings that come with taking the first step in your healing journey. Together, we can explore what is beneath the surface while discovering your strengths and inner resilience. While working with individuals, I like to incorporate mindfulness techniques and grounding approaches to provide clearer insight and understanding of needs. I like to collaborate with clients in challenging unhelpful or negative beliefs and creating space for new patterns that support the life they want to build.
