I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and who may be struggling with anxiety, mood concerns, relational trauma, ADHD, men’s issues, or difficulties in their relationships. My clients are thoughtful, driven, and introspective people who don’t quite fit narrow definitions of success and feel caught between who they are and the life they’re expected to live. Having worked as a musician, I specialize in working with creative professionals and those whose careers don’t allow for full expression of their creativity. My practice is inclusive of the spectrum of neurodiversity, queer allied and body positive. I help clients explore their emotional patterns, understand what’s keeping them stuck, and develop more authentic ways of relating to themselves and others. Our work is insight-oriented, collaborative, and focused on lasting, meaningful change.
