I specialize in working with individuals struggling with grief and loss, trauma, major life transitions, and/or relational difficulties. Whatever specific issues brought you to therapy, in individual sessions we will work on them while also exploring your past experience to understand the roots of these issues, their associated patterns, and how they have functioned in your life. We will work collaboratively toward your therapeutic goals while building insight and resilience. I also work with couples looking to escape from negative, reactive relationship cycles, improve their communication, and rebuild emotional connection.
