I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and workplace stress. I provide a compassionate environment for collaborative problem solving and believe the capacity for healing lives within everyone. I'm trained in EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique and CBT. I have witnessed the powerful impact of therapy in the lives of people I work with; including improved relationships, symptom reduction, and increased resilience.
