Hello, I am Karla Edwards. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have 19 years of experience working with different populations using CBT and other methods to get clients to feel their best. My style and approach work best with individuals from the ages of 18 to 65 who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, anger issues, relationship issues, parenting issues, life transitions. I believe in setting clear goals. In setting a goal for therapy it helps identify progress. My approach is based on the client's needs. I use mindfulness, CBT, Solution Focus to help client's meet their goals for therapy.
