Psychotherapy can help you develop a sense of clarity by identifying past traumatic experiences and unconscious behaviors that are holding you back from living the life you desire. The overall goal of therapy is to help my clients overcome challenging life stages and trauma in their life using psychoanalytic modalities and a holistic approach. I understand that every person is unique and that is why I collaborate with my clients to create strategies that support their values, personalities and goals in treatment.
