My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth.I’ll listen closely, but I’m also here to help you face what’s hard and find practical ways forward. As a therapist, partner, and mom, I’ve lived through many of life’s ups and downs. That personal experience, combined with clinical training, allows me to bring both heart and expertise to my work. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I use evidence based approaches such as CBT, ERP and DBT.
