I work to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients through warmth, authenticity and a sense of humor, holding space for them to explore themselves more deeply and gain the insights needed to grow and heal. I take a collaborative approach with my clients, emphasizing the importance of the therapeutic relationship and tailoring treatment to meet their unique needs and strengths. I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma (particularly sexual assault), as well as issues surrounding relationships, life transitions, sexuality, and identity.
