With over eighteen years of experience as a counselor, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families as they uncover the truth, goodness, and strength they possess. I enjoy working with all clients, and I especially love working with adolescents and young adults, women's mental health, and survivors of trauma. We all experience some level of trauma during our lifetime. These events can cause emotional, physical, and mental health symptoms. I integrate several therapeutic approaches in an effort to help educate, stabilize, and process distress.
