Karla sees people ages 8 and up for a variety of issues, including but not limited to PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, autism spectrum, ADD/ADHD, and/or substance use. “With substance use, it may be someone who is just starting to have some problems and wants to talk to a professional, or it could be a situation where a person has been in recovery and slipped back into using substances,” Karla says. “One in three people will experience a behavioral health issue in their lifetime. We are able to provide them with the understanding and help they need to feel better.” Karla Wiedel is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She has been providing behavioral health services for 20+ years. It was her interest in the brain and human behavior that led her into the field.
