I consider it a sincere privilege to walk along with a client during their life's journey. I utilize a client centered holistic approach and consider the client the expert of their experience. Together we process those concerns which are leading the client to therapy but you, the client, find the solutions and conclusions that work best for you. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma informed care, and mindfulness based strategies. I have worked as a social worker for 15 years(medical/community) and 9 years as a mental health therapist. I am currently working on certification in perinatal mental health to offer women support experiencing symptoms of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I also have special interest in the areas of grief, relationship issues, and life transitions.
