My passion lies with assisting you to make critical healthy choices as you walk your own path and forge your own identity. I want to help you feel empowered on your walk through life. We will look at learned behaviors that may be holding you back, as well as ways to positively rebuild those behaviors. Coming from a strength based approach, I believe learning how to empower yourself and then restructuring these thoughts and habits is the key to success. I specialize in working with adolescents, families, couples, eating disorders, as well as individual therapy. I’m also experienced working with the LGBTQ+ and Poly populations.
