You may be feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer make sense. Many of the clients I work with are teens who feel mislabeled or defensive, parents who feel exhausted and unsure how to help, and adults navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, or fears around mortality and meaning. It’s also common to feel unsure about what to expect from therapy or to worry about “doing therapy right.” With me, it’s actually pretty hard to do therapy wrong. I adapt quickly to your changing needs and preferences, recognizing that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process.
