Dr. Richard works with adults and has experience working with athletes, undergraduate and graduate students, and professionals at various career stages. She is passionate about integrating identity and values into the therapeutic relationship, viewing therapy as a collaborative space that provides a secure base for exploration and growth. She takes an integrative and relational approach to therapy, to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals. Her areas of interest include: Anxiety, identity exploration and development, relationship concerns, trauma, and performance-related issues—both professional and athletic.
