I enjoy working with young adults and emerging adults who are navigating the many transitions, pressures, and questions that come with this stage of life. Many of the clients I work with struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, body image issues, and disordered eating or eating disorders. Whether these challenges feel new or long-standing, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I am a good fit for clients who are looking for a therapist who will truly listen and offer empathy, while also empowering them to work toward meaningful change—at a pace that feels right to them. I value a collaborative approach to therapy and see the therapeutic relationship as a partnership. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to listen without judgment, help you make sense of what you’re going through, and support you in identifying what you want to be different.
