If you’re ready for relief from trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, or grief, I am here. If you’re ready to gain insight into the source of your struggles and work towards transformation in a freeing and creative environment, I am here. My counseling style is compassionate and collaborative. Our work will be tailored to your unique needs. I am EMDR certified and have extensive experience using EMDR with those healing from abuse, violence, traumatic loss, and other experiences. For those who are LGBTQ+, I am here to offer a welcoming and respectful space so that you feel safe and supported.
