A wise Jedi Master once said, “Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.” - Yoda. I think Yoda’s right, folks. Fear can really shape our choices and keep us stuck in vicious cycles. I know therapy can be scary, and that’s why it's so important for me to help you feel as comfortable as you can in front of stranger for the first time, so we can keep you away from the dark side (I hope I have a large Star Wars audience here).
