I specialize in Grief Counseling. As a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, I hold certificates in: Grief with Children, Adolescence, and Adults, Complex Grief, Reproductive Trauma/Pregnancy Loss, Neuroscience of Loss, Anticipatory Grief, Stuck Grief, Grief After Suicide, and Release, Reclaim, Rebuild Interventions. As a compassionate advocate of mental health and LGBTQ+ ally, I create a safe space free of judgment for my clients to be their true authentic selves. I offer individual counseling for children, adolescence, and adults. I use a Strengths-Based Person-Centered approach to counseling to find and develop inner strength and confidence. Additionally, I use tools from CBT, DBT, ACT, Gottman, REBT, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to personalize treatments for my client’s specific needs.
