As a clinician, I focus on providing support to children, adolescents, and young adults. However, I work with clients of all ages. I primarily work with those managing: ADHD, Autism, anxiety, school-related behaviors, and chronic illnesses - specifically, PCOS and endometriosis. I find that understanding brain function and finding strategies tailored to your nervous system is a helpful approach to therapy services. As a neurodivergent myself, understanding 'the why' and knowing I am not alone in certain 'quirks' or thought patterns is validating. My hope is that my clients can find that validation as well!
