When the past shows up in the present, it can feel like love, safety, or even a sense of self gets lost in the noise of triggers, misunderstandings, or distance. I specialize in supporting both individuals and couples who carry trauma. I help partners move from patterns of survival into trust and intimacy, and support individuals in finding relief from anxiety, depression, and the weight of old wounds. Together, we can pause and make room for new ways of connecting.
