I truly enjoy working with adolescents and adults to help them navigate through living life especially as neurodivergent individuals. Working through changing how clients see themselves or helping them to understand their own individual needs and how they can get creative and even have fun in working to meet those needs is one of my favorite parts of being a therapist! I have history working with individuals with ADHD/Autism, PTSD/trauma disorders, anxiety/mood/depressive disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, as well as helping my client simply navigate difficult life changes.
