With a person-centered approach, I prioritize your autonomy, strengths, and experiences as we navigate through your healing process together. My strengths lie in working with adults, particularly LGBTQ+ folks, and I have experience with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, grief & loss, navigating significant life events, sex & relationships, and trauma. I understand the importance of comprehensive care for queer and trans people, and aim to be a safe person to explore all of these topics with.
